is our origin, and every student's.
ZtoA Group 於 20 多年前成立,由 Kenny Tang 領軍。當時我們觀察到一個簡單的現象:絕大多數企業策略都從 A 開始 ── 跟著流程、跟著框架、跟著「應該怎樣做」的最佳實踐(best practice)。結果是執行得好、但少有突破。 ZtoA Group was founded 20+ years ago, led by Kenny Tang. We saw a simple observation: most business strategy starts from A — follow the process, follow the framework, follow what "should" be done. The result: well-executed, rarely transformative.
所以我們反過來做。從 Z(客戶最終要達到的成果與目標)開始思考,倒推回 A(今天該如何開始)。這套思維方法在策略圈早有名稱 ── 教育學界稱之為 Backward Design(Wiggins & McTighe 1998),事實上任何以成果為導向的工作都應如此進行。 So we flipped it. Start from Z — the outcome the client truly wants — and walk backwards to A. This thinking has a name in education: Backward Design (Wiggins & McTighe 1998) — but it applies to any outcome-driven work.
20 年來,這套方法服務了超過 200 個客戶 ── 由廉政公署、香港房屋協會、生產力局、職訓局、旅發局,到 AXA、P&G、Pandora、Microsoft、Hitachi、騰訊、新鴻基、恒隆、新世界 ── 全部都是需要解決真實、棘手、獨特問題的組織。 For 20 years, this method has served 200+ clients — from ICAC, Hong Kong Housing Society, HKPC, VTC, HKTB, to AXA, P&G, Pandora, Microsoft, Hitachi, Tencent, SHKP, Hang Lung, NWD — all real organisations facing real, hard, unique problems.
2024 年,當 AI 開始重塑每一個行業,我們將這套思維延伸到三個新方向:(1) 企業 AI 治理諮詢(為 HKMA/SFC/IA 合規要求服務)、(2) 共融教育(MasterAI 智學大師 ── 長者/殘疾/少數族裔)、(3) 下一代學校教育(即本項目,智師學苑)。 In 2024, as AI started to reshape every industry, we extended this thinking into three new directions: (1) enterprise AI governance consulting (HKMA / SFC / IA compliance), (2) inclusive education (MasterAI 智學大師 — for elderly, disability, ethnic minorities), and (3) next-generation school education (this project — MasterAI Academy 智師學苑).
智師學苑並非孤立存在 ── 它是 20 年諮詢功夫、200+ 客戶經驗、3 大洲教學實戰的延伸。我們帶到學校的,不只是 AI 工具,更是跨行業的思維紀律。 MasterAI Academy is not isolated — it is the extension of 20 years of consulting craft, 200+ clients of experience, 3 continents of teaching delivery.
